We are excited to introduce a new webchat feature in MyBiz! You can now quickly send plan-specific queries to our contact centre and receive answers within seconds. This feature will be available during normal working hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
You can ask questions related to values, outstanding requirements, benefits, and more. Please note that navigating away from a specific plan will clear the chat, allowing you to start a new one.
