Clients included in the campaign:
PRSA and Personal Pension clients where,
- The plan allows for top-ups,
- We have the client’s email address, and
- The plan is in force or paid up no more than five years.
How will the campaign work?
- Irish Life will send an email on your behalf to your PRSA and Personal Pension clients.
- The email will include your contact details and will direct your client to speak to you about topping up their pension.
Can I get a copy of the client email?

Can I get a list of my PRSA and Personal Pension clients?
Yes, your Irish Life Account Manager will have a list of your included clients.
When will this happen?
The first client email will be sent the week of 17th August, with a reminder a few weeks later.

Benefits of the campaign for you
This is a great opportunity for you to engage with your clients and remined them of their pension. There was huge interested from clients contacted in previous years campaigns.
*2025 campaign includes reminder email. Conversion rate based on no of plans included in campaign that received additional contributions. Comparative benchmark is 5% for other similar campaigns.
